Our mission is to be the hands and feet of Jesus by loving, listening and mentoring the youth we have the pleasure to work with all while providing our community with excellent drinks, food and service.

Join us as we change lives and our community one cup of coffee at a time

By working in a coffee shop, our staff have the opportunity to learn diverse skills. These skills include great communication, customer service, learning how to properly clean and care for a shop, prepare delicious food, and of course serve specialty coffee.

In our program, the youth complete a formal interview for a position at the coffee shop, which
also prepares them for future job opportunities. Once  hired, they begin a 9-12 month program where they set personal and professional goals.

They meet with management and mentors throughout their employment to ensure they are reaching their goals.
After completing the program, the youth will have gained new friendships, knowledge and
experience.  At that point, it is our hope and prayer that they be ready for the next chapter of their life.

The name, "The Cracked Pot" came from the verse 2-Corinthians 4:7-10 that says "but  we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down but not destroyed." We always carry around, in our body, the death of Jesus so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body.

We are just clay pots, but we are designed to hold something valuable inside. As Christians, it is Christ living within.

Our purpose, as Christians, is to display His light living within us. God delights in using us, imperfect vessles, Cracked Pots, so that it may be made clear that power comes from Him and not from us.
